Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip
( serves: 6-8 )
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

- 1 cup Vegenaise (or vegan mayo of your choice)

- 1/4 cup Bragg's Nutritional Yeast

- 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan shreds

- 2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

- 6 oz bag spinach, chopped

- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

- Smoked paprika

Directions

- Boil water and add bag of spinach till wilted.

- Drain and squeeze out water.

- Chop spinach.

- In a separate bowl, add all ingredients except paprika and stir.

- Add spinach and stir.

- Pour mixture in baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top.

- Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.

- Let sit for 10 minutes.
