Vegan Jalapeño Popper Dip
( serves: 10-12 )

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

For Bread Crumbs:

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1 teaspoon basil

- 1 teaspoon oregano

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 4 tablespoons Earth Balance vegan butter (tub not stick), melted

- 1/4 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan shreds

- 1 tablespoon dried parsley


For Dip:

- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños

- 8 oz vegan cream cheese (we use Trader Joe's brand)

- 1 cup vegan sour cream (we use Follow Your Heart)

- 2 cups Daiya Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 3/4 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan shreds

- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon Vegenaise (or vegan mayo of your choice)

- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

- Mix bread crumb ingredients and dip ingredients in separate bowls.

- Spread dip mixture in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Pour bread crumb mixture on top.

- Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

- Serve with crackers, chips, or french bread.
